Delete your data
PillTick has no username or password, so there's no account to sign in to and delete. Here is how to remove your information.
On your phone
On the free plan everything is stored only on your phone. Deleting the PillTick app deletes it all.
On our servers (Pro and family sharing)
- To remove one person and everything about them, open their page in the app and choose Manage, then remove them.
- To delete everything we hold for you, email support@pilltick.com from the app's Settings, or include the name you use in the app. We delete your profiles, medicines, dose history and device tokens within 30 days and confirm by email.
What we may keep
Purchase records are kept by Apple, Google and RevenueCat under their own policies. We may keep a record that a deletion was requested, without any health information.
