Questions
Do I need an account?
No. There's no email and no password. Someone can set everything up for a parent and send a link, and the parent just installs the app and taps Accept.
What if I lose my phone?
On the free plan, your medicines live only on that phone, so they're lost with it. On Pro, use Restore Purchases on the new phone and everything comes back.
Where does my information go?
Free: it stays on your phone. Pro: it is stored in the cloud so your family can see it. If you scan a label, the photo is sent to be read and we do not keep it. The privacy page has the details.
What happens if I stop paying?
Reminders keep working for free on every phone. Sharing with family pauses, and picks up again if you come back.
Who gets the missed-dose alert?
Only the family members you added. PillTick does not contact doctors or emergency services.
