Reminders aren't ringing

Open PillTick. If notifications are off, or may arrive late, the Today screen shows a card that takes you to the right setting. On Android, also allow “Alarms & reminders” and turn off battery saving for PillTick.

An invite link won't open the app

Install PillTick, choose “I have an invite” and type the 6-character code from the link page. Invites last 14 days. The person who sent it can send a new one.

I have a new phone

On Pro, install PillTick and tap Restore Purchases, using the same Apple or Google account. Family members can use a new link.

In a medical emergency, call your local emergency number.
